Services Acquisition & Planning - Upshot has 6 acquisition surveyors, 3 of which are RICS and 2 town & country planners. They all have a good reputation within the industry and have all had senior positions within other organisations before joining on a contract basis. Upshot has the ability to scale up it's resource very quickly as a result. Panoramics - Our ground- based aerial photography system operates from a 4x4 vehicle with a roof mounted mast with a maximum height of 26.5m. On top of the mast is a state-of-the-art camera system, which is wirelessly linked or hard wired to a computer inside the vehicle. Once in the right location, UPSHOT is ready to take picture within 10 minutes. The pictures are available on disk immediately after the shoot, or can be sent to the client afterwards in a wide variety of formats (CD-Rom, email, print). All operatives are compliant with unit 10 of the NRSWA 1991, and HSE requirement. Upshot also have truck-mounted 26m access platform and 3 trailer masts for hire with an operator on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Line of site testing - We can either hire the customer the correct equipment to do the testing, subject to insurance, or undertake this service our selves. Power and cooling audits - Using our technology/methods we are able to assess sites and advise on whether or not they are running at there optimum, please contact us for further details. Site audits - whether a customer needs a site to snagged, inpected or implement a form of quality control we can put together a program to suit. Energy and efficiency ratings - Upshot together with a Partner is able to offer and energy and efficiency rating for a base station/switch or property in order for a customer to know exactly how the siteis performing with regard to it's environmental impact and cost. This can then be measured against base line data. Asset disposal & Valuation - we offer this service around the world to operators who have up until now been scrapping equipment.
